Where we ship
Ava Ava Pet ships within Canada. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping is available across Canada with no minimum order. Any available expedited option and its cost will be shown before payment.
Processing and delivery
Available delivery information is shown during checkout or in your order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Weather, carrier disruption, remote destinations, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Address accuracy
Review your name, address, unit number, postal code, and contact details before submitting the order. Contact hello@avaava.ca immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins.
Tracking and delivery issues
When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information supplied with the order. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier, then contact us for assistance.
Damage or incorrect items
Photograph the product, outer packaging, and shipping label and contact us as soon as reasonably possible. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
